Can I refund a ticket purchase as the organiser of a ticketed fundraiser?
Yes. As the organiser of a ticketed fundraiser, you can process refunds for ticket purchases up to and including £50 directly from your fundraiser.
How to refund a ticket purchase
Go to your fundraising page and select Manage Ticketing.
From the left-hand menu, select Registrations, then Orders & Attendees. This will display a table of all ticket orders and attendees (see the screenshot below for reference).
Find the order you'd like to refund and select View.
In the pop-up window, select the cog icon in the top-right corner, then choose Refund.
The refund will be processed automatically, and the funds will be returned to the purchaser's original payment method.
Viewing refunded tickets
You'll also be able to view any cancelled or refunded tickets from the Tickets Sold section at the top of the page, making it easy to keep track of who is and isn't attending your event.
