We are typically not able to refund donations as we pass funds to charities on a regular basis.
If we have already passed a donation to a charity, the donor should liaise with the recipient charities directly who will take a decision on whether to offer a refund.
If we are still in possession of the funds at the point when the refund request is made, we are only able to offer refunds in exceptional cases, and at our sole discretion.
Where we are still holding the funds, we are usually able to facilitate refunds in cases where:
Accidental duplicate donations made
Error in donation amount entered
We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the donor has decided they no longer wish to donate, the fundraising event is not going ahead, or the donor has decided to donate via other means.
